We have just opened an ethical clothing and accessories store called Ethical Threads in Subiaco, Perth. The concept is a first for Australia and we are very proud to have Perth at the forefront of this new clothing revolution.
Our shop is based on a broad ethical platform with an underlying philosophy of Sweatshop free, Fair Trade and environmentally-responsible practices.
We stock mainly clothing for both men and women made from sustainable fibres (hemp, organic cotton and bamboo) and recycled fabrics. However, we also carry bags and shoes made of hemp and recycled products, belts and jewellery from recycled products and vegan friendly shoes.
Many of our eco-conscious suppliers also use solar power, dye with vegetable inks, recycle their waste, or have committed themselves to being a carbon neutral company.
Ethical Threads is all about bringing conscious consumerism to the mainstream and showing that sustainability can have style! We have done the hard work for you and have sourced the very best ethical fashion from around the world.
